Use the selection brush but in negative mode. Paint over the flower. This will bring back the color. Make sure the BW conversion step is selected in the Edit List so the selection brush will affect this step.

Ok so I have converted a color photo to black and white, now how do I bring back color to a specific part of the portrait. Example is a portrait of my daughter holding a group of flowers, I want her to be black and white but the flowers to remain bright yellow as photographed. Does this program allow me to do this like Photoshops History Brush?
