According to this article at SlashGear, Canon and Nikon continue to dominate the DSLR market share with 39% each, followed by Sony (8.5%) and Olympus (3.8%). The most popular DSLR camera is the 12.2 megapixel Canon Digital Rebel XSi, which is also the #1 (as of December 31, 2008) selling product in the DSLR category on Amazon.
